About our preschool
At Quorn Preschool we believe children develop and learn in different ways and at different rates, and learn best in an enabling environment. Children start to learn about the world around them from the moment they are born. The care and education offered by Quorn Preschool helps children to continue to do this by providing them with interesting activities that are appropriate for their age and stage of development.
Location
Situated in the Church Rooms in the village centre, Quorn Pre School is in an ideal location for convenience. Ample reserved parking at the front of the building enables parents and carers and easy place to park for dropping their little ones off.
What we do at the preschool
As we are in the centre of the village, our children have an excellent opportunity to explore the local area with us. Weather permitting we frequently visit the park, local shops, library and the cricket pitch, which enables the children to learn valuable skills such as crossing the road.
Lunch and snack times
Parents provide a healthy lunch and drink. Quorn Preschool organise meal and snack times so that they are a social occasions which staff and children participate. Quorn Preschool provide a snack for the children, this consists of a variety of fruit and a biscuit with milk. Fresh drinking water is available throughout the session.
